Surrogate Requirements

• Given birth at least once, no more than 5 times with no major complications
• Between 21-38 years old (or turning 21 soon)
• No more than 2 C-sections
• BMI under 32
• Not currently on any depression or anxiety medication
• US citizen or permanent resident
